Carex oshimensis EverColor® Eversheen is commonly referred to as Eversheen Japanese Sedge. This Evercolor® selection is a fantastic groundcover or container plant that features lemon-yellow and white striped foliage. Eversheen's creamy white stripe contrasts from Carex 'Evergold's darker yellow central stripe. This easy-to-grow perennial grass has a nice, compact mounding habit and provides great color all year-round.
Eversheen Japanese Sedge thrives in partial sun in moist, well-drained soils. It makes a great companion plant for hostas and ferns.
